Sealed Quench Furnace (SQF)

SQF line is comprised of tempering and preheating furnaces, washing equipment, stationary tables hydraulic lifts, and charging transfer equipment. It is possible to use a SQF for different applications such as carburizing and case hardening, carbonitriding normalizing, annealing ferritic nitrocarburizing, annealing, and stress relief.

Commonly used components include gears and shafts, bearings fasteners tooling castings, forgings, components of agricultural machinery, parts for precision and construction machinery. The heating system may be either gas-fired or electrically heated. Batch sizes and capacities vary can be found to meet the production requirements of your company. It is monitored by SCADA systems.

Sealed quench furnaces provide two benefits: lower running costs and maintenance expenses and high rates of production. The heating chamber integrated with the quench allows the whole process to be automated and the next basket of material being put into the furnace while the first one is being quenched.
